SANFORD J. RESNICK
SANFORD J. RESNICK is a graduate of The University of Rhode Island and Suffolk University School of Law. Mr. Resnick is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts bars. As the senior member of the firm, Mr. Resnick has been practicing real estate law for over fifty years and applies his wealth of knowledge and expertise to all client matters. Mr. Resnick is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker in the area of real estate law and is widely considered to be an industry leader in this field.
JEFFREY F. CAFFREY
JEFFREY F. CAFFREY is a founding member of the firm and a member of the Rhode Island bar since 1986. He was the founding member and a director of the conveyancing attorneys of Rhode Island and a member of the title standards committee for the Rhode Island Bar Association. In addition to his vast experience in real estate law, Jeff has been in the forefront of legislative efforts to improve the conveyancing industry as a whole. As corporate counsel for realtors and lenders, Jeff is also well versed in regulatory compliance and administrative matters.
JAMES MORETTI
JAMES MORETTI is a graduate of Rhode Island College and Thomas Cooley Law School. Mr. Moretti is a member of the Rhode Island and Michigan Bars and is responsible for the majority of the firm’s litigation practice. Mr. Moretti is well versed in Superior, Supreme, and District Court practices and has a wealth of trial experience.
